Return & Warranty Policy

Thank you for shopping with S&M MOSAIC ART.

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our mosaic artwork. In the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the following policy outlines our warranty, return, and refund procedures.

Lifetime Warranty

All mosaic art pieces purchased from S&M MOSAIC ART are covered by an exclusive lifetime warranty, ensuring long-term craftsmanship quality and structural integrity.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your mosaic.

To qualify for a return:

  • The mosaic must be unused
  • The item must be in its original condition as received

Eligible returns will receive a refund of 75% of the product value.

Custom orders are excluded from refunds.

Order Cancellation Before Shipping

If your mosaic has not yet been shipped and you have not approved the final design, you may cancel your order and receive 75% of the product value, excluding custom mosaics.

Please note that all return shipping costs (both to and from) are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

Once your returned mosaic is received and inspected, and confirmed to be in its original condition, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is approved.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost when returning a mosaic to our warehouse.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  1. Clearance or sale items discounted 50% or more
  2. Color charts, samples, and mosaic kits
  3. Custom mosaic artwork, including designs created from customer-provided images. All custom mosaics are shared with the customer for approval prior to shipping.

Return Authorization Required

Before returning any item, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization.

Returned items must include the completed authorization documentation. Any return sent without prior approval or required paperwork may result in delayed processing or the item being returned to the customer.
